Have you ever lost a loved one?

My first love and very close friend just took his life last Saturday night. He was only 19. I just keep wondering what I could have done and I miss him more than words can explain. The lips I kissed and the hands I held. The gap between his front teeth and his messy hair. His laugh was the best thing on this earth.  I hope he's in a better place. How did you cope with the death of your loved one? Any advice? I'm not looking for attention just some help. Thank you :)
