HELP!!!

So tonight I went to get up from bed and noticed I had what I thought was blood running down my leg. When I had taken a look at it it was a brown watery discharge I have never had this before and I am totally freaked out. It doesn't smell like blood either. I had my son via csection two and a half weeks ago...should I be worried??? I already called my ob and left a message to see what he thinks but that may take a while. I was hoping some of you ladies would know what this is I am totally freaking out here. :(
