Perinatal ocd and anxiety
I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown.... My ocd and anxiety started in my third trimester with my now 14 month old son and now at 24 weeks pregnant with our second, it's completely debilitating me! I'm searching for help but coming up empty handed! Can anyone relate or help before I end up hospitalized?!?!
