Cervix question

I had my son 14 months ago and am now TTC #2. I check my cervical fluid plus cervix position although it always feels different to me. I noticed that the opening of my cervix feels kind of textured but I wouldn't say I notice any bumps. I have had normal pap smears so far. Is it normal for the opening to feel a bit textured? I figured it might be from childbirth or just part of the changes from my cycle
