Blood screening tests

Has anyone gotten any prenatal blood screening tests done recently such as Materni 21, Harmony, or Panorama?

I am 10 weeks and I know I can opt to have the test done at my next appointment this Wednesday but I'm worried about the cost. I'm 25 so I doubt insurance will cover it. Did anyone else have to pay out of pocket or know how much it costs if your insurance won't cover it.
