Fingering While Pregnant

Has anyone been fingered by their SO and then had light bleeding afterwards?? It happened a few days ago and there has been light brown discharge. I tried to clean out the brown blood today and there was a little bit of bright red blood but I haven't had anymore since then. Maybe a tear in the vaginal wall??
