Not inviting children to a wedding buuuut
Having a hired sitter (or two or three) to watch the kids in a hotel room or two, so the adults can have a night off without having to worry about the kids.
If it were me, I would make sure they were licenced professionals. I know it wouldn't be cheap but partying from 3 pm till who knows when would ease my mind that the kids were safe in a hotel room with food and a place where they could sleep.
