Nipples!!!!!

So this has been a problem for me since I started going through puberty back when I was about 11 , my nipples hurt really bad. They are always sore and I get my bf to massage them from time to time but the pain is sometimes unbearable. They are always hard and sometimes I get a burning sensation and it creates so much discomfort for me . Sometimes it's hard for me to go to sleep at night because they hurt so bad. They also tend to swell. I know it's normal to have tender or sore breasts/nipples before or during your period but for me it's 24/7/365. And now that it's getting colder outside its so much worse because the cold already makes my nipples hard and it just increases the pain and discomfort.
