I feel so sick...

Im nauseated all the time, i have diareah( i think thats how u spell it) and peeing all the time, constant headache , i cant get filled up, i had a very light light spotted period??? I could be pregnant but i took a test while i was spotting and it said negitive... I just feel so sick and not myself and i cant get better :( its taking a toll on me, i hope i find the cause of this all soon
