Could someone please help me out?

So when I have sex with my boyfriend, I always end up with a lot of air inside me. Can anybody help me out, I don't know how to stop it. It's kind of embarrassing when it sounds like I'm farting in the middle of sex. It really isn't all that fun having air in me either, it takes away from the over all experience. :/
