Pregnancy symptoms come and go?

I found out I was pregnant really early and I had cramps (light & intermintent) everyday. My boobs hurt pretty bad and last week at 6weeks I started having nausea and vomiting. The last few days (like 3) I haven't been feeling nauseous/vomiting, less tender of breasts, and not really having cramps that much. Has anyone else experienced this with pregnancy where your symptoms come and go? I'm so scared of a missed miscarriage 😟

Many women have a missed miscarriage and still have all the normal symptoms of pregnancy. The most heartbreaking aspect of having a missed miscarriage is that there are LITERALLY no signs.... I unfortunately speak from experience. Try to trust your body, and at your next ultrasound I hope you see your baby's heart beating away.

They say you your hormones surge every 2-3 days so some days are bad and some not so much. I assume its from the surge and when the hormones are being produced.

Yeah i had a headache earlier this week and after that my nausea has stopped. Making the most of it until it returns  (if it does)

Its normal. Mine go away for days and then come back worse lol.
