Toddler Sleep Problems 👧😴
I have a very happy 3 1/2 year old but lately she's been acting very strange only at night. For the past 5 nights, she wakes up screaming. She cries hysterically and says "Mommy, can I sleep with you?" I ask her "Why darlin, what's wrong?" She tells me "I'm scared to sleep, the boogie man is comin for me." I tell her there's no boogie man but she keeps crying. I let her sleep with me. Same thing for the past 5 nights, what can I do to help her sleep? She's so happy and vibrant during the day but at night she's frightened and sad. I don't know why.. What can I do to help her sleep?
