UTI symptoms 😒

I'm 25 weeks and have had 3 or 4 UTIs so far this pregnancy 😒 I just had a culture done not too long ago and now since this morning I feel slight burning after I pee...plus I'm peeing like every 15 minutes, but I am drinking a ton of water. I hate this because I get so worried about preterm labor or it hurting the baby. Anyone else have issues with reoccurring UTIs during pregnancy? It's becoming very frustrating.
