Gastric bypass WLS RNY HELP!

Ok.. have ANY of you ladies had tHis surgery & it make it hard to get a BFP? I'm late, has my LMP on 8/25 & BD on 9/5-9/10 at the exact time via GLOW as I was ovulating. Had several VFL test at first but now it all looks negative. NO perIod yet to SHOW miscarriage.. but I don't think I will as I literally FEEL pregnant. I have symptoms & I am so confused. Please help! I don't want to keep going if I'm pregnant & not have prenatal care. Thanks in advance.
