The home stretch doesn't have to mean stretch marks!
Feeling itchy and stretched out during pregnancy? Almond oil, coconut oil or cocoa oil all work great and smell delicious. You can usually buy them reasonably in bulk at a health food store. Try using oil in a hot steamy shower when your pores are open, then using a cool rinse to let the body absorb them, pat dry & avoid clothes for 5-10mins while you get ready. Dry brushing is amazing too! It really helps relieve the itch without allowing you to scratch. I dry brush and get my circulation flowing then I apply the oil to belly, breast, buns & thighs.
