Pregnancy test

I am wondering if I am testing to early. I am 9 dpo and just took my first test this evening. It looks like a full negative but where the plus sign is suppose to be if pregnant , the middle line has blue showing at the end of the line. So does this mean that I could be pregnant? Worried and hoping its a positive. The little speck on the bottom of where the plus sign is suppose to be is blue.
