I think I want to be single again..

The title describes it all really.

I'm physically fed up of being with my partner, we do nothing but watch TV on a night together, he can go out whenever he pleases but when it's me I'm not allowed, We was at the pub one time and I saw a couple of old friends I wanted to speak to, but since they were male I had to stay by his side.. I can't physically have a life, I've got no friends anymore. I start a new job soon but I sleep in constantly because I feel so miserable & I've got nothing to get up for & be excited for.. I need advice? Why does he act like this? He's been cheated on in the past, Our sex life is starting to suck too :(
