Is he crazy... Or am I?

So my husband swears up and down that this last ovulation cycle was the one. His mom made a comment to him about me "glowing" as have a few of my friends. I am hopeful but also very doubtful. I have had 0 signs of pregnancy. I'm not sure if I am making myself believe I'm not so I don't get down when I get the bfn test. I don't test until Saturday. Any thoughts?
