Hospital bag for baby?

What should I all pack in the hospital bag for the baby? I want to pack everything because I can't choose but don't want to under pack. Suggestions??

I packed a gown for her and an outfit plus her going home outfit socks and mitts and a nice blanket

Very little...I wayyyyyyyy over packed and becuase I nursed we did a lot of skin to skin so the nurses recommended that I not put her in clothes. I also brought honest diapers...but in the beginning they really want to know how many times they pee (it's really important) so the diapers with the blue line is helpful. The only things I brought for her that I used was her going home outfit with hat, booties and mittens, burp cloth, and one blanket. I also would recommend brining formula just in case and if you care about it being organic. I wanted to nurse but if for some reason she needed formula I wanted her to have organic.

I packed a few outfits, two going home outfits, newborn diapers (just a few), socks, swaddle blanket, pacifier, headbands, hat, mittens and nail clippers.

I am bringing two different size clothes because my sons 0-3m were huge on him! I was in the hospital 5 days last time and didn't have enough clothes for baby so I want to make sure I have enough this time.
