Protein in urine sample??

Question

Just been told that I have little bit too much protein in my urine? Is that something I should be worried about? She mentioned something about preeclampsia? I'm worried and I'm only 16weeks and 6days.. 😔 I'm searching up on google and reading these things is freaking me out! 😞

I wouldnt worry #1 because its not good for you or baby ... If it was an emergency she would let you know... increase your water intake and she will probably do a repeat urine.... Protein in urine is associated with preeclampsia but you also have to have a few more warning signs(strong cramps, abnormal bleeding, abnormal shortness of breath etc) in order to actully be diagnosed with it.... You can have protein in your urine from being dehydrated as well. What was your blood pressure like?
