NT results are back and now I'm so worried

So when I went for my 12 week scan everything came back normal from the ultrasound. Well I just got a call from my doctor from the blood results and everything came back 1 in 800 I forget exactly what number was the second but it was 1:_____ but they said its highs risk for my age and want me to see a genetic counselor for further testing :/ now I'm just super stressed & worried idk what to do or what to expect...I just added below the results
