Baby boy names help

My SO really wants one of these names. I am having a hard time compromising as i feel forrest seems like we're one of those parents trying to hard to be unique or something lol and Edward.... I feel like thats an older person name and calling an infant Edward would be weird. Its his deceased dads name and he really wants this name, I'm trying to not be insensitive about it but idk about it as a first name. What do you guys think? Any suggestions on names? I would like to incorporate edward maybe as middle name. Just need some first name help.
