Getting married

People who have experience, please help me! I got engaged about two months ago. We planned our wedding for next September, 2016. I found out I am pregnant and I am already two months along so I am changing my wedding to December of this year 2015. Yes I know it's very short notice and that there is SOO much to do! However I have never been in this position before and I don't know how to even start with planning a wedding. I already have a place booked and it takes care of my cake and my food. I'm also getting married at the place that my reception is at. What else do I have to do I don't even know what a save a date looks like. Thank you to anyone who could help me! also yes, everyone in My family knows im pregnant so there going to help but they said i have to tell them what to do. I am only rushing my wedding because its VERY imporant to me when my baby is born that we all have the same late name. Thank you to anyone.
