LO started to refuse the bottle!

I've been EBF since birth and on occasions when I needed to be away my DH or mom would bottle feed my LO mothers milk. It's been working well until last week when I was away that my LO did not take the bottle. She waited until I got home for the breast a few hours later. That was a shock to us bc she took the bottle fine. Since then we've tried different bottles/nipples, temperature, using freshly pumped milk, different position but she would push the nipple out with her togue and refuse to suck! Anyone experienced this? She is 11w4d and I am going back to work in 2 weeks
