If you are pregnant- do you get 2 lines on a ovulation test?

I could go crazy!!! Glow said I was ovulating on the 18th (yes I know it's not accurate) and by accident without realising I bought the wrong test (I'm in a foreign country & this is what they gave us) not till I took it I realised it was an ovulation kit! Not a pregnancy test!! I was excited for all of 5 seconds when I saw 2 lines!!! So annoyed! I had a strange period last month- it was 4 days of light brown & 1 day of medium flow red. Help??? What are your thoughts?
