Help please

Me and my husband have started for baby number 1 we have been unsuccessful so far so I hope someone can help me with my question so my cycle came on last month on the 16-19...this month October it have not arrived yet but my breast is tender and I have a small cut or so on my nipple do not know where it came from.....I also saw white milky discharge today...should I wait until the end of the month to test or what?? What are my chances of being pregnant? Help please
