Has anyone ever experience cramping while sneezing? I have really bad allergies  (seasonal and dust) & everytime I sneeze I cramp.

It's the round ligaments from your pelvis around your uterus. They're stretching a lot at this stage and then they contract when you sneeze, causing that pain a lot of women get. I've found holding onto your lower stomach when you sneeze helps keep it from tightening.
