Breast implants: who has them?

I am getting breast implants after we are done having kids. I breastfed my first for 9 months and my once perfect, perky 32Ds are now deflated water balloons and around a 34B. They look like deflated water balloons and it has killed my confidence and sex drive, where I was once a very confident, passionate person in bed. I want to be around a 34DD or DDD.

Has anyone on here gotten implants? What kind did you get and how much did they cost? I want the cohesive gel "gummy bear" implants but I hear they are the most expensive option. Here is a photo I found on an implants forum that is almost exactly what I want to look like

Thats rather large, have you considered the back pain being a DDD will cause?

I've had mine for 8 years and love them. I just did saline under the muscle because they are the safest. I also didn't know gummy bear implants were being used again. When I got mine they had just stopped using them for health concerns. Also I went from a 36B to 36DD. Whatever you chose I'd highly recommend doing it!

I have implants and I got them for the same reason as you! I went from an a cup to a dd after breastfeeding my second they just deflated... I also had a mini lift because the dr felt my nipples would be too low without it and I wouldn't be happy... I've heard negative things about the gel implants one being that they can rotate in your breast so your implant can be upside down so would look deformed... I chose to go with saline over silicone because with silicone you have to go in every so often for a mammogram to make sure there is no leak because they can slowly leak over time which could make you sick and saline if you have a leak it's noticeable and won't harm your body... I paid $100 extra for a 10 year warranty I absolutely LOVE my breasts! They look so natural and feel amazing! I would do it again in a heartbeat! I also went under the muscle

I got my breat done after I had my first child. Then when he was two I got my boobs done. I was a 32B and went to a 32 DD. I just had my daughter in January and my implants are fine with no problems. Size is still there and the feel is the same. I have had my implants for 5 years now. Good luck on making a decision!

We always want what we can't have!!! I've been a 32DD forever and this pregnancy has pushed me to a 34E. After I finish with kids. I want a reduction to like 32B maybe even an A with a lift. And then just buy the adorable VS push-up bras that don't come in my sizes! I would love to be able to wear built in bra tank tops and have that be all the support I need!

My mom got gummy bear implants (under the muscle) - She went from a 34AA to a 34C/D. They look and feel super natural, she loves them.

They are the most expensive but she didn't want to have any rippling or edges that can come with silicone or saline. I think she paid around $7-8k in Texas.

There is ALWAYS a chance of rupture with implants. My friends Saline implant  ruptured one night while she was sleeping and she woke up with only one implant haha

My mom did have one that ruptured - but the great thing about gummy bear is they stay in place - so none of the filling leaves the implant! They scheduled a surgery to just replace the one with the tear.
