TMI shower question

Ok this might be TMI but do you shower everytime you poop?

I have to shower everytime I poop usually it's just once a day but if it happens more throughout the day I shower everytime and not just a quick shower but a full shower I wash my hair and everything after I found out that when you flush your toilet there is literally poop particles all over your bathroom I figure that we also get poop particles on ourselves then since we're in there I feel like there's poop particles on me. On my hair etc. So I take a full body and hair shower everytime .

So anyway . Do you guys shower after pooping ?
