Late with negative hpt

I'm just curious what others have experienced in a similar situation. I'm 33 nd my husband and I havebeen ttc since July, when I came off my birth control. Cycles are around 32 days long. I'm currently on CD 45 and havehad two bfn. I took the tests a week apart. My cervix has been high for weeks, I don't have many symptoms, only some tiredness and sore nipples. My cm has been creamy and today was almost egg white like again, second time this cycle. Anybody have any thoughts? I'm planning on calling my obgyn tomorrow to see about a blood test. Thanks!
