Casey Anthony- guilty or not?

Yeah, I know the case is several years old and that she is officially "not guilty," but what do you think? Did she do it? Was she set up?

This happened in my town. Go Florida 😒 we have all the crazies here.

She is GUILTY and it's incredible that she managed to get away with it. But she will never be able to live a normal life now because basically everyone in America knows who she is and hates her. That is her jail.

Of course she is guilty she killed her. Her car smelled like a dead body and her defense team claimed that the girl drowned and she covered it up.

Guilty. How do you not know where your child is for 30 days and not care? How does her hair get into your trunk and you don't know how? Why would your father lend you a shovel and trash bags with no concern about why when his grandchild is missing? She killed her child or knew who did and helped cover it up. It looked like she was an irresponsible person. She'd rather party than focus on being a good single mother. It makes no sense

I read a pretty thorough comment or article ( I can't remember) on a subreddit about crime that I frequent. It changed my view on what happened, as before I was sure she planned her daughter's murder. I believe Caylee drowned due to Casey's negligence and she tried to cover up what happened with the help of her dad. I don't believe she murdered her daughter but is responsible for her death.

I think she went out partying one night and left Caylee bound in the trunk, remember Cindy stopped watching her, and when she came out of the club Caylee was dead..and Casey drive around till the girl started to decompose and dropped her off near her house.

She's guilty. That case pissed me off cause she's guilty she either killed her daughter or she diffently had something to do with it. She wanted to party and to not have to deal with her daughter. She only got off cause they tried her for murder before getting enough evidence. So now she will never be tried for murder again. She disgust me

The only reason she got off was because her lawyers chose to go with first degree murder or nothing. There wasn't enough evidence  to prove that it was premeditated or not. That's the ONLY reason she walked. I watched the documentary on it after it was all said and done. If her lawyers would have included 2nd or 3rd degree, she would have been prosecuted. Talk about some cocky prosecutors, huh? I guess they leaned their lesson.
