All signs point to BFP ??

Hi there!
This is my first post here so go easy on me!
I'm 24 and this is the first month me and my husband have been actively TTC. My periods have been all over the place for the last year, from 28 days to 45 days and not regular at all.
This last month I had a very light period 3rd-10th October. We had sex 2 days before i was due to supposedly ovulate based on a normal 28 day cycle and low and behold 2 days before the supposed ovulation day I had ewcm so could have potentially been perfect timing and the one month I actually did have a normal cycle?
This takes me to today, 10dpo, 2 negative tests later one on 6dpo and one 9dpo but a lot of symptoms.
my boobs have been so sore and heavy which is very unusual for me. I have had noticeable cramping at 6dpo through the night. back ache, headaches and have been very emotional to the point where I'm crying over absolutely anything.
this weekend I woke up with a sore throat and sniffly nose and last night at 1am-5am I had bad diarrhoea (sorry tmi) and horrendous nausea but managed to not actually be sick. really unusual for me.
I've read increased levels of hcg can cause diarrhoea in early pregnancy especially around 10dpo?
I suppose my main questions are if hcg is there and is causing all these symptoms how long before it shows up on a hpt roughly?
Am I just being too eager and need to wait til my af is due? (1st November) I've seen some people having bfp's at 9dpo but I suppose everyone is different!
I have bought some first response early result tests but I think I might wait til Friday to test.
am I just grasping at straws and need to accept the bfn?
I know we've only really been trying for a month but I haven't been on contraception for about 2 years so part of me is starting to worry about our chances.
sorry for the essay!
any help / past experience would be greatly appreciated xx
