Confused

Hey ladies my name is Carmen and I need some advise if possible. I know this may not be the right setting or forum but I have no one else or friends to turn to. Basically I was with a guy for almost 10 years on snd off not all bliss but I love him alot because he was there through good and bad. We have been trying all this time to produce our love child as he has a son and I have no kids, he informd me while we were on a break he went with someone and she is 6 months pregnant. That hurt me like salt to a wound he says she is keeping the child in hopes she cab keep him but he doesn't want to be with her but for the sake of the child he will step up and do what he has to. His son says he doesnt want the baby and that his dad should not have done that to me but I told him dont hate the baby its your brother or sister just be angry at your dad. He says he still wants a child from me soooooo confused and sad and depressed and he was the reason I joined this group now this was 1 month ago I got the news by the way. My question what would you do and be very honest it will hurt but we are adults and I appreciate your input.
