Marijuana & Pregnancy

What is everyone's views on using marijuana during pregnancy. My friend (who would like to remain anonymous) was telling me she used it for morning sickness also to help her appetite and back pains. Her ds is almost 3 and has nothing wrong with him, he is actually exceptionally smart for his age. I myself wouldn't use the stuff. But thought itd be interesting to see what you ladies think! Would you use it or no? Comments welcome!
