Weird symptoms, anyone?

Most people have weird cravings or sickness.. I get super itchy belly and awful toe cramps., does anyone else get these?? I drink lots of water.. But doesn't matter.. Still get them..got them with my son too but this time with twins they are twice as bad ☹.. My husband tries to help but nothing seems to work for about 15 minutes.. Then it finally relaxes a bit .. It's so weird

Currently I hear my heart rate in my right ear. I thought I was nuts until I told my OB. All of the extra blood volume causes it. It's worse when I'm trying to sleep on my left side. I'm currently 33 weeks. It interferes with my already restless sleeping. Sometimes it's a low buzz and sometimes it's like a helicopter in my ear.

Grabbing pain in my muscle in the back of my left leg. Ear pain when I wake up like I slept with the cartilage bent backwards...  Itchy tummy, and my middle finger, ring finger and pinky are always numb when I wake up

I hit week 26 and things started getting weird. Itchy belly also, pregnancy carpal tunnel, glucose intolerance, constant burning spot on my belly, ringing and wooshing in both ears, and reaccuring dreams of my babies being born and being able to walk.... Creepy lol

I have an itchy belly too! I guess it's already streching? I'm only 12 weeks with only a 1-2 lb weight gain and put lotion on 1-2 times a day. 
My other weird symptoms- left rib pain, sneezing randomly, ear pain when waking up like i slept on it super hard. And weird dreams!
