Amniotic fluid leaking?

I was standing in the kitchen when I felt a gush of liquid coming out (and I just urinated a minute before this happened), went to the bathroom and my underwear were all wet. I had 2 more little leaks after that while sitting down. I'm not experiencing any pain but I'm a little worried, I'm going to call my doctor first thing in the morning of course but I just wanted to know if someone experienced this before? Do you think that my water broke?

Well it turned out it was amniotic fluid leaking, I've been at the labor and delivery all day and it looks like I will be here for a while. Probably our little one its tired to be in mommy's belly. Praying that everything will turn out good for all of us! 🙏🏻💙❤️

In the future or for others reading this, if you ever suspect your water has broken, go to the hospital. They will test the fluid and tell you for sure. Don't bother with the Dr...if the hospital determines that you're leaking amniotic fluid, they will call your Dr for you.
I had a premature rupture of membranes with my first baby and learned this the hard way.

My last pregnancy this happened to me, I just peed, was bending slightly over the sink to wash my hands and a gush of "water" came. It was clear and had no odor. I went to l&d they checked and said I must have peed on myself. I explained it happened moments after peeing and they insisted it wasn't amniotic fluid. We'll later that week I was induced due to extremely low fluid and being over my due date. In my heart I believe that day my water did break.

I'm with Carrie on this one- call now!! Don't wait till the morning.

Also- there is a difference between urine and amniotic fluid. Amniotic fluid will feel silky- almost like soapy hands. And it will have a scent- like bleach or like semen. The color should be clear unless the baby has had a bowel movement which could make the fluid a yellowish green clear color , a deeper green color, or the color of lentil soup (the color depends on how old the bowel is).

Anyway- call the doctor. I wouldn't risk it personally
