Menstrual Migraines

I was recently diagnosed with menstrual migraines and yesterday evening, I had one that was so bad that I had to go to the ER to get relief. I also had this happen about 6 months ago, and last month as well. I was wondering if there were any other women who got them this severely and if there were any at home remedies that could help. I'm also curious if you're on a certain medication that helps. I am starting Naproxen during my next cycle, does it work well for migraines? Thanks ladies!!
