Whats a good degree to study while at home?

I thought about doing a speech patholgy degree but that takes 5 years and I want to do something where it's interesting, pays well and I can have the degree in 3 yrs. As my son will be starting school in 3 years time. 
Any suggestions?

My sister has done majority of her schooling at home. The only time she sees a classroom is when she has to take exams. Her first degree was to be a vet tech. Yes, she had some classes she just couldn't do at home, but those classes were only a couple hours a week. Same with nursing. She's done most of it at home, but when she enters into the nursing program, she'll have to go to class every day because of all the training they need to do hands on.
