No period!

Okay guys I need some help. I stopped taking my birth control pills about the 20th of September due to it giving me high blood pressure. I decided to stay off of birth control for a while. And I then started bleeding on the 22nd (normal I'm assuming) So my husband and I have been having unprotected sex since then. But I haven't had a period since then and technically I'm 10 days late. Is it normal not to have a regular period? I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms that I'm aware of. Anyone have any words of wisdom?
