Need advice

So I just recently found out that my ex is bi. He liked to mess around with guys. Not only that, he had many ads on craigslist looking for sex with guys. And I guess he went around telling people he "has a dirty dick". So of course, now I'm worried about myself. What if he gave me something? I tried to make an appointment at our local hospital but they won't let me see any of their obgyns. And the only other obgyn around doesn't take my insurance. So I don't know what to do. How can I find out if there's anything wrong? Where should I go? Would a lab be able to just do blood work to find out?
