Can you ovulate while on your period ?

On period day 4 my paraguard iud fell out, my period stopped right away for two days.. But then I had some crazy "ovulation mucus" (as I call it lol) with some blood in it .. Now like a week later my boobs hurt and I'm wicked moody... I feel insane but I felt exactly like this with my first! I'm just trying to see if MAYBE it does add up and that I actually could have gotten pregnant on my period .. I have a 27 day cycle with long (6-9 days) periods
