Body Pillow

Does anyone use a pregnancy Body Pillow? Do you have a favorite brand? It seems like there are ton to choose from. This is my 4th pregnancy and usually I use a regular body pillow but my sciatica is much worse this time and I'm wondering if one if those would help?
