Lower back pain - stopped taking BCP 10 days ago
Anyone else experience lower back cramps (feels like period cramps) in their lower back after stopping birth control?
I've been on ortho tri cyclen for about 15 years. I'm still spotting from my "fake" period from my birth control- usually my period is 4 days and then I start taking my pills again. It's going on a week of spotting now, which I was expecting.
Just wasn't expecting the cramps in my back so soon. Dr. Google says it could be ovulation. Again, didn't think it would be this soon....
Any thoughts?
Also very moody, emotional.
Positive side effect: no more chronic heartburn!!! What the heck! Wish I had done this sooner.
I'm not pregnant btw.
