I need advice 4th degree tear...

While delivering my daughter, I had a 4th degree tear. And now me and my husband are trying for one more. My son, who is my first, tore a little inside but nothing major. But my 6 week check up they told me if I were to have another baby they would want me to do c-section. Because the risk of tearing again. Now I have been read for weeks about women who have had natural birth after this 4th degree tear and havent tore again with the right doctor. That there are other ways to position yourself that are more natural to the body then on your back. So I would like to see if there are any women out there who have had this tear and have had a natural birth or a c-section and what happened? I have 2 children and I can't be running around with my daughter after a c-section. I want a natural birth. So what happened with you ladies?
