Headaches! Anyone else?

I am having headaches almost everyday now. I am 13w 5d. I hate taking Tylenol ever time I have one. Don't like the idea of so much medicine while I am pregnant :-( anyone else?

Peppermint tea helps me...I just drink the non caffeinated kind! I don't like taking Tylenol...and it really didn't help. Hoping the headaches go away soon!

Yep, 12w4d and they just started a while ago. I hate painkillers at the best of times so just trying to eat lots of fresh fruit and veg, drink water, breathe deeply, not stare at screens too much ... (Easier said than done apparently.

Try a bit of caffeine.  It helps & isn't harmful in moderation.  I've coupled it with Tylenol (which doesn't do anything alone) and without & always at the onset of the headache & have had relief.

I do ice packs, chamomile tea, sleep and sleep.

I've been finding my headaches are usually do to lack of water. So I try to relax and drink a lot and find that helps a lot. I also use a heat pack on my shoulders to relieve stress/tension.

Im 13 weeks today. I have headaches everyday. So mirserable. I only resort to tylenol when i cant take the pain anymore cause it makes me sick and dizzy. Icepacks on my feet and neck help. As well as relaxation time (no other kids) so my house is pretty quiet.

Me too. I don't like tHe idea of taking Tylenol either I try to avoid it but I'm on day 4 😒
