Maybe a silly question butt ....
I know sleep is super important when your pregnant, I'm 11 weeks & everynight I go to sleep at the earliest around 3 AM! My body doesn't shut its self down an I can't fall asleep, but when I do , I sleep way late during the day till after 2 pm even sometimes. Which is a horrible habit to have but just question if I'm still getting the sleep I need for my baby. Or if it's different because it's not within the normal sleeping hours.
