Calling all tall mommies!

I am 5'10" and 13.5 weeks along with my first, and I feel like I'm waiting for a bump that just isn't coming! I see all these pictures of everyone's beautiful baby bellies, and right when I get one I realize the next day it was all just bloat. So my question is for the tall mommies out there...with your first, when did you start to show? Is it normal for the bump to take awhile for tall mommies?
