Told boyfriend I'm keeping the baby...

(I am 22, he is 23). So after a week of my boyfriend knowing about me being pregnant (I fell pregnant whilst on the pill), I finally told him that I am 100% going to keep the baby.. He says he isn't ready and we didn't plan for this but there is no way I can terminate my pregnancy. At first he was in denial and kept saying we can't have it because we are young and Arent ready.. I have booked my first scan for next Friday and he said he is going to take time off of work and is definitely going to come with me.. I'm just hoping he does stick around because we are so in love and I believe this is a miracle and is meant to be!! Has anyone else been in the same or similar situation??
