Chlomid and men?

My husband has been taking chlomid for a few months to help increase counts and improves sperm. He's 23 and his counts were less than 1/2 of what they should be. Doctor appointment this last Friday proved that his count had doubled in 3 months. We are waiting on his blood results and also morphology. Has anyone had their husbands on chlomid with good results? I'm just wondering if we do have a shot at conceiving together.
