I'm so scared of miscarriage

Hey guys! I have been trying for about a year I got pregnant on my first round of chlomid my obgyn thinks I'm 7 weeks but I think I'm about 5-6 I'm not sure.. I'm so scared of a miscarriage and idk what to do. I'm healthy and everything eat healthy. Just so beyond scared. I want it to be 12 weeks so I feel safe! Anyone give me some tips!? I suffer from anxiety and depression and they took me off my anti depressant. My first obgyn apt is nov 18th where the estimate me around 9 weeks. Someone help!
